CCSCE 2004 Guidelines for Presenters
Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper or synopsis of your panel,
workshop, or tutorial for presentation at
CCSCE
2004, to be held in Loyola College in
Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, on October 15 - 16, 2004.

containing the following files as individual attachments:>
- Your paper or synopsis as one formatted file, which includes any
embedded figures.
We prefer Word or WordPerfect format for Windows.
We can also work with PDF files if needed, but please submit early.
Name your file with the first 5 characters of your last name,
plus the file extension. E.g., johns.doc, smith.pdf.
- For each figure in the paper, include a separate file containing the
original figure. The figures may be in any popular format (such as TIFF,
BMP, PIC, GIF).
If you don't include a file for each figure, the
figure may not appear in the proceedings!
Name your files as
fig1.pic, fig2.bmp, fig3.gif etc.
- A plain ASCII text form of your paper or synopsis (minus any figures, of course).
This file will be used to re-create your paper if the above files cannot be
used.
Name your file with the first 5 characters of your last
name, plus the txt extension.
E.g., johns.txt,
smith.txt.

Your full name
The title of your paper or synopsis
- Copyright Form: A hard copy of the copyright
form, duly signed and dated. All the co-authors of a paper or participants of
a panel, workshop, or tutorial must sign and
return the copyright form. However, all the signatures need not appear on the
same form. Papers or synopses will not be included in the proceedings until copyright form(s) signed by all the authors
or participants are received. Click here

- Registration: A completed registration form.

- Registration Fee: In order to maintain minimal
registration fees for the conference, there are no complimentary registrations
for presenters, moderators, session chairs or members of the Steering Committee. It
is therefore essential that presenters', moderators', and session chairs'
registrations be received prior to assembly of the Proceedings, which will be
available at the conference. At least one author of each paper must
register when submitting the camera-ready copy. All participants of
panels, workshops or tutorials must register when submitting camera-ready
synopses. Papers or synopses will not be included in the proceedings
until all required registration fees are received. Please see the
registration form for additional details about the registration fee.

Audio-Visual Requirements:
Each conference
room will be equipped with:
- An Overhead Projector with Screen
- A Computer Projector and cable to connect your laptop
- A Personal Computer (Not a Mac) with Office
XP and Internet connection
For additional A/V facilities, please contact the conference chair Ben Benokraitis. He will try to
accommodate all reasonable requests.
Photocopying your handouts:
If you plan to provide handouts at your talk, please consider photocopying
your handouts before coming to the conference. Photocopying facilities at the
conference will likely be either unsolvable (i.e., unavailable) or at least
nonfeasible (i.e., expensive and hard to find).
