A Civilization III Wish List

Avalon Hill's board game "Civilization" was made into a computer game by MicroProse. "Civ" was a wonderful game and Microprose greatly improved upon it with "Civ II". I am assuming that someday there will be a "Civ III" and below is list of ideas that I would like to see incorporated into the game. This is a list of "brainstormed" ideas. I would appreciate suggestions or coments to improve them.

The Ancient Olympics Alphabet Allows movement of all land units at 1/3 rate across all types of terrain. Philosophy Olympic runners could run like the wind.
Berlin Wall Communism No diplomats/spies can enter your city (or the city in which it is built?) New World Order The Berlin Wall supposedly was designed to keep people out.
The Chunnel Mobile Warfare and Mass Production Roads/railroads can be built across ocean squares, with the stipulation that only one ocean square can be between the two ends of the road/railroad. never The English Isle is connected to the European continent.
DisneyWorld Rocketry Makes two unhappy people in each of your cities happy. never A modern version of the "cathedral".

Hubble Telescope Space Flight Science scale now goes from 10% to 110% never The Hubble Telescope has increase our knowledge of the universe.

New World Order Environmentalism and Fanatacism All nations must listen to your demands concerning war/peace treaties. never One nation will be the police force for the world?
Panama Canal Sanitation and Steel Sewer system in each of your cities never Flowing water
Pastuerization Sanitation Reduces pollution in by one unit (x units?) in each of your cities Germ Warfare Disease is often spread via poor sanitation.

The Big One (EarthQuake/San Andreas Fault) entire game One (or more) random structure(s) in each of your cities is destroyed (or one city itself is destroyed?) repeatable Who knows when or where the next big earthquake will strike?
Bubonic Plague 1000 AD to 1600 AD Each of your cites and your allies cities lose two population units (which could wipe out a city). All other nations lose one population unit. Immediate, one time What other disease had such a disasterous effect on the history of the human race?
Chemical Warfare Chemistry and Rocketry Creates a special chemical warfare missile in your nearest city.
